Our adult English language courses run all year and can be whatever length you require – from one week to one year. There are no fixed course dates (except for examination preparation courses and English for Beginners) and you can begin on any Monday. We offer English classes at all levels, from elementary to advanced. The average class size is 8 students and the maximum is 12. There are four main courses to choose from: the Standard English Course is mornings only, while the Intensive English Course is both mornings and afternoons. We also offer an exam preparation course for IELTS, FCE and CAE. Our Personal English Course is for those who want rapid results and a course syllabus designed specifically for them, whilst our Combination Course offers this in the afternoons as well as our Standard Course in the mornings. We also run tailor-made courses for small groups of adults throughout the year. We also offer supplements to add to your course: individual English classes, a BULATS test during your stay, working lunches with a teacher, and our Discover the Garden of England excursion option. All our English courses are designed to meet the needs of our adult students - whether they need English for work, for travel, for an English examination or just for pleasure. Teachers All of our teachers are appropriately qualified. They are provided with a range of academic resources, support, and backup in order to accomplish our course programmes in the classroom. Many of them have also taught English in other countries and have additional experience and skills.
