Our school is the headquarters of Country Cousins and is situated within the green flag award-winning Bicclescombe Park, in the picturesque harbour town of Ilfracombe, North Devon. In the surrounding areas, we enjoy golden sandy beaches perfect for rock-pooling, swimming and surfing, dramatic coastlines, rugged moors and verdant valleys. We have 14 well-equipped classrooms and provide a high level of teaching and learning using a variety of methods and materials. Channel School of English is open all year round for groups and during Easter and summer for individuals. Our class sizes are an average of 12 students (maximum class is 15) and are mixed nationality wherever possible to increase English speaking opportunities.
