everyone is very interested and they get along well as a team. I think that the afternoon trip lessons should be made more efficient and more programmed and more open to dialogue.
That is, better programmes and more activities that force people to talk.
I can't say that this is a deficiency that I see, but it can be improved. I observed that you are more manageable.
I liked very much the location because it was near to the Grand Central Station. The facilities were very clean and comfortable.
The teachers were funny and very good, they helped you if you didn't understand something, by explaining it. In the end, the classes were very modern and comfortable and there was a good understanding among the students.
the first week was quite useless for a class level too low for my needs but the teacher was great and from him i've learned a lot of greate think, instead with the class change has been immediately better I think that there were too many guys who speak the same language and for that reason the communication in class was the conversation was poor

The atmosphere of the class was also favorable, and even my sixteen year old but I was able to fit in. I was able to learn more about each country as there were many people of all ages from many countries.

I have had better experiences in other language institutions, but Rennert experience was just sadly poor (I am really sorry to say it, I did have a good expectation at the beginning).
Classes: They was very nice and the same Level like me.
Teachers: Very professional and helpful.
Location: Beautiful but cold in the summer.
Activities: It was good organized but I spent more time with my friends from Staten Island.
Housing: I lived in the Apartment near from the School. It was very clean and enough space for me.
I can't remember something, that was negative or I didn't like.
Renner is a very good school. The teachers have a high level of trained to teach.
The location is good because very central but a little expensive for students’s life. However it’s convenient to do everything.
The building offers all you need for a comfort permanence and finely all the staff is forward to help and support you everything you need.
The school was in great location. I took the intensive 30 class. The group lesson was amazing. It was defiantly challenging but I was able have great discussions with students who have different backgrounds and I was able to improve my skill. The class for cussed on speaking but I also had time to focus on other skills. For an afternoon lesson, they were changed my lesson so that it matches my level. In a private lesson, I was able to focus on the things that I needed to improve on. I wanted more time to interact with students from different class since everyone is from different parts of the world and having different life experiences.

The teachers are very unique but also knowledgeable! Talking a lot is a requirement!! that was super helpful for me to improve my English. Moreover, Rennert staff also are charming and very sweet! I suggest you experience learning English HERE:)
My experience at Rennert was limited only to the lessons, that's because I was also visiting my aunt and my cousins so I spent my whole day, except for the class time, with them. I can judge so only my teacher and the type of lessons. My teacher, Valerie, was very kind and I think that she also has helped me a lot to improve my English. the type of lesson was unique, cause we did frontal lessons in which we learnt not only the grammar part of this language but also the lexical part. I think that during this time I could improve a lot my English and I counsel this school for everyone who wants to improve quickly their spoken and written English with a lot of different and fun tools.

Great teaching methodology, very good location! I studied business English and helped me a lot improve my language skills and became confident in presenting and negotiation in English.
Very modern and centric location, in Midtown Manhattan.
I met many people from all over the world.
I hope to be back soon!
Thank you Bruno for your review. We are glad that you had a great experience with us.
We hope to see you again soon.
This school was very nice atmosphere because teachers were very kind and helpful, students were enthusiastic, so I could learned English hard. And also they had a lot of workshops and activities. My favorite one was a conversation workshop, I could make many friends and I enjoyed talking with students who came from other countries.
It was great time in my life! Thank you,Rennert!
I really enjoyed the classes. Valerie, my teacher, was amazing. She gave us different kind of tools in order to improve our English such as new vocabulary, videos about current issues to talk about them, grammar. But the thing that I most delighted in was Speaking. Speaking English with people of different parts of the world, was not only useful but rewarding. I could meet good friends.
Vanderbilt residence’s staff was very kind and helpful.
I only want to suggest that maybe you can include the option of “Deluxe Single Room” in the program, because it’s more confortable
I would like to have that option maybe for the next year :)
Thank you for all your support!
I studied at Rennert for a whole month, attending the IELTS preparation course and the English for academic purposes class. My experience with the first teacher was not positive, because I expected, at least, a native speaker with whom to prepare my certification, but he was Italian. I am very disappointed because I came to the USA to practice with mother tongue people, not with con-nationals. Moreover the IELTS teacher was mostly impatient, sometimes impolite in discussing my mistakes in class, and never supportive.
In contrast, it was nice to work with Paul, the teacher of English for academic purposes. I am sure that, with his help, I have improved a lot. Additionally I am thankful to have discussed my strengths and weaknesses about my English, so that I can better focus on them.
The housing was barely acceptable, because I had many problems with kitchen, fridge and stoves in the last week of my stay. They were completely unavailable due to an unexpected renovation. I had to find other solutions, because I was not told in a sufficient advance of what was going to happen. Next time I will opt for an apartment...
All in all my experience could be better.

Your I-20 will be sent to your home address by regular mail at no charge to you. If you wish to receive your paperwork by express mail, you will be charged $85 when you register.
