La Verne is a safe and small city that is located about 45 minutes east of Los Angeles. It is located near beautiful and popular beaches and attractions such as Disneyland, Universal Studios Hollywood and distinguished museums. The Center is located on the University of La Verne campus near a residential community full of small businesses that provides a friendly, small town atmosphere. There are plenty of small shops and restaurants in the area with good public transportation. The population of La Verne is about 32,000 people, so it's fairly small compared to largea cities in the area. The University of La Verne has less than 9,000 students with 2,700 in undergraduate and 2,100 graduate (2014-2015).
