Our History of Italian Art course will allow you to learn in depth about the history and social context in which Italian masterpieces were designed and executed. The course is designed to show, by means of slides and guided visits, the development of art in Italy in relation to the rest of Europe and offers you an introduction to the most important artistic styles (Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque).
If you are interested in Italian Art History and you want to learn more about this subject, visiting museums and other Florentine important monuments, 20 LESSONS/WEEK - 2 group grammar lessons/day in the morning - 2 one-to-one lessons/day to Churches and Museums in the morning (also possible in English). Lessons are held by teachers who are also licensed tour guides and have an excellent knowledge in History of Art.
