General Italian courses in Italy

Intensive courses give students the chance to bolster the group course with one or two hours a day of individual lessons, to go over the grammar or practice language skills. Group courses + 1 Italian group courses + 1 consolidate the standard Italian language course with one 50-minute individual class in the afternoon, for a total of twenty-five 50-minute lessons a week.

The Intensive course is for students who want to maximize their language learning practice during their stay. The courses focus heavily on speaking and communication skills: the morning consists of 4 lessons during which the student has the change to learn about the local culture and customs with reading and listening exercises, to speak and discuss these and to focus on and to practise a specific grammar chapter through exercises and grammar games.

This is the possibility to combine the standard course (group course with max. 8 students) 1 private lesson per day.

The Intensive Standard Course is in the morning is combined with 1 private lesson per day. The additional private lessons help the student to work on his own personal problems with the Italian language revising grammar or having conversation.

The standard Italian language course is suitable for students who wish to improve their overall level of Italian, practising the four basic skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing as well as widen their vocabulary and their understanding of grammar rules. Particular emphasis is placed on the spoken Italian language to cover a wide range of day-to-day communicative situations.

The combi course, combines the standard group course with single units (everyday one unit).

Attending our course you will finally be able to understand and communicate effectively in all your daily life situations or, if your level is intermediate/advanced, talk about complex subjects with ease, expressing your ideas fluently and spontaneously. At more advanced levels conversation focuses on cultural subgets and on the Italian civilization and politics.

20 hours a week + 2 extra hours of customized tutoring for the students, 5 days, with a maximum of 10 students per class; a perfect way to learn Italian and socialize (1 to 52 weeks). The course starts every Monday for all levels.

12 hours a week, 3 days x 4 hours, with a maximum of 10 students; a low-intensive way to learn Italian and socialise (1 to 39 weeks). The method of Centro Studi Italiani is based on the 'communicative method', which easily enables you to develop expressive skills along with written communication, and 'edutainment' (education + entertainment), which enables you to learn in a short-time with fun.

Italian language course (20 hours a week) + 2 Italian cooking classes (4 hours a week) A balanced course; studying in the morning, dicovering Genoa in the afternoon. Cooking classes are scheduled for each Tuesday and Thursday evening.

The heart of Pintadera’s Italian program is the Lingua group language course with a maximum enrolment of 8 students per class. The lessons are normally divided into two parts with a different teacher guiding each segment.

We offer the weekly AllegraMente program, our special late afternoon/early evening course for holidaymakers who want to better know the people and town of Alghero. This course is only offered for 2 PEOPLE wanting to take classes together.
