Lexis English’s full-time courses are all CRICOS registered and consist of a minimum of 20 hours per week with an optional 5 hours per week of Guided Individual Learning (GIL), whilst our part-time courses consist of 15 hours per week. Our General English course is communication-focused and where many of our students begin.

General English courses at Lexis English offer students the flexibility of combining their English language education with a large range of options classes - personalising each student’s course to suit their academic needs. For students wanting to brush up their English skills for travelling, employment or to work towards a placement in one of our academic programs.

The GENERAL ENGLISH courses at Language Links focus on the language skills for Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking in English. All skills are covered each week and a variety of text books, learning materials and study resources are supplied to assist the students to practice each skill, plus a variety of Grammar and Vocabulary building exercises.

A Home Language International immersion course means you live the language you are learning and is the fastest, most natural way to learn. You are staying in your teacher’s home, have one-to-one language lessons and continue to use and practise your language skills sharing the daily life of your teacher’s family during meals, conversations, visits and activities as they all take place in the language you are studying.
