ESL Program
All DEA course levels align directly with the Canadian Language Benchmarks. Topics included cover areas of interest to the student and are designed to improve fluency and build confidence.
The Semi-Intensive Plus program is offered in the mornings (SG-25) and afternoons (SG-25A). It provides 25 lessons per week (50 minutes per lesson) and includes all of the core classes available in the Semi-Intensive program.
The OHC English for Academic Purposes is aimed at students who require English for use in Higher Education or University.
Programs focus on Performance in English at University level, Study Skills and Fluency Practise.
You will have a personalized course program, based on a careful needs analysis. You choose how many lessons you want and when, and in the lessons you can focus on your own personal objectives.
Students join multi-national language classes following a syllabus closely mapped to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, covering key language domains and competencies appropriate to their level of ability.
Objectives: This programme of study is intended to enhance the all-round language and communication skills of those who wish to work or study more effectively in an international context and to make maximum language gains during their time with us.

At GEOS, our Intensive English Program is communication-based, with an emphasis on developing speaking and listening skills. It is designed to help students improve both spoken and written English.
Standard Program
Our Standard English program (20 lessons/week) places heavy emphasis on speaking and listening skills through regular communication. It has been developed to help language students improve their spoken and written skills.
The STAR program, an acronym for Stage Technique Accent Reduction, is a unique fusion of advanced pronunciation systems and stage acting techniques which serve to give students the theory need to create native-style speech while simultaneously allowing them to practice learned theory in a realistic speaking environment.

The main aim of our General English courses is to teach students to speak English fluently and to understand English as it is spoken by native speakers. We provide a balanced programme of skills development (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing and Grammar).
The Intensive General English Course is suitable for students who want to maximise on the work
carried out in the Standard Course. This course takes place all year round, Monday to Friday.
The Super Intensive Course is suitable for students who want to maximise on the work carried out in the Standard and Intensive courses. This course takes place year-round, from Monday to Friday.
This program is ideal if:
