Tamwood Camps at University of Toronto
On their first day, students are tested and assigned to an English class based on their level. Students follow a carefully designed curriculum that stresses all English skills including speaking, reading, writing, grammar, listening and vocabulary.
Campers take part in instructional activities 5 days a week. Tamwood certified coaches and teachers lead students in such activities as mountain biking, field sports, arts and crafts, dancing, drama and leadership skills. Students also enjoy fun activities including swimming, tournaments, games.
In the evenings and Sundays, students in residence have lots of social activities and the chance to take part in some optional activities. This camp also includes lots of sightseeing. Each week campers will enjoy a full day excursion to places such as CN Tower, Niagara Falls, Baseball Game, Museums, Canada Wonderland, Toronto island and many more. Campers also go on one or two half-day excursions each week to some of the most famous tourist attractions in Toronto

Toronto is Canada’s largest city and offers an amazing number of attractions, events, and festivals making it a great cosmopolitan summer camp location. Tamwood’s Toronto summer camp is located on the University of Toronto campus, Mississauga.
The campus is situated on 225 acres of protected greenbelt along the Credit River and is 20 minutes by car from the Toronto airport, 25 kilometers west of the city centre of Toronto, close to Lake Ontario, Niagara Falls, Canada’s Wonderland and many other famous sites. The location of this campus makes it a very safe and attractive choice for international campers.
We cannot apply for visas on behalf of students. However, the school can supply you with all the documentation you need to support your visa application.
Your letter of acceptance will be sent to your home address by regular mail at no charge to you. If you wish to receive your paperwork by express mail, you will be charged C$ 95 when you register.
