Spanish in the City- Panama
This course is based on the internationally recognized CEFR framework for learning, teaching and assessment which is also the basis of DELE-Diplomas (Spanish as a Second Language). The levels are Basic User (A1, A2), Independent User (B1, B2) and Proficient User (C1, C2).
Materials included: Workbook.
Others included: Introduction folder with tourist information including area map & info about the course (levels, objectives, contents and evaluations) /placement test / coffee & tea during breaks / introduction talk on Sunday / Friday’s happy hour / certificate upon completion.
What is new in our program is the social, educational and fun activity program during the weekdays. This way, the student does not only learn Spanish, but also gets offered activities such as Latin dance classes, movie night, cooking workshops, tropical fruit cocktail hour, yoga, beach fit
or a delicious barbecue. The best part is, it is all included with the course price. Every week during the
Introduction Talk, the School Manager will present the free activity program in which we welcome the
students to participate.

You are welcome to use the teaching stations to study in quiet hours and also the library with dictionaries and all kinds of other helpful books. You can walk or take a bus into the City and find hotels, restaurants, tour operators, banks, museums, internet cafes, bars, shops, and airports.

Our Spanish School in Panama City – Spanish in the City–, was founded in October 2011 and is conveniently located in a quiet part of the City, 20 minutes away from Tocumen International Airport and only 5 minutes from Albrook National Airport and National Bus station. The Albrook Mall is also located right there and can be handy if you still need to buy certain gear for your adventures in Boquete or Bocas del Toro. Prices are very much lower than in Europe.

Student residences are more suitable for an independent student, who is looking for clean, basic accommodation at an economic price. All students must be 15+. We cannot apply for visas on behalf of students. The school is also not authorized to issue documents to support your visa application. If you need a visa, you have to apply for a visitor or tourist visa on your own.
