I had private lessons with my teacher Silvia. She gave me a very good feeling like a good friend in a friendly and very helpful way. We followed the text in a school book in which the words I required to be able to talk about given topics were already provided to me in the text. This of course was very helpful for me and the lectures gave me pleasure in learning Spanish. Five times one hour per day exclusively talking Spanish (as good as possible for a beginner) gave me the impression that it will be feasible for me to soon learn sufficiently Spanish in order to get along in daily conversations in Spain.

The language teacher chose a very motivating mixture of conversation training and communicative grammar exercises and whenever an interesting aspect cropped up (e.g. political news, aspects of daily life) she skillfully switched from grammar to conversation and then back again. I definitely improved my speaking skills a lot and also language accuracy as I had asked the teacher at the beginning of the course to correct my mistakes which she did consistently and in a charming manner.
