My two teachers were the best. I learned a lot while preparing for the DELE B2 exam. While we were challenging ourselves, the atmosphere was light-hearted and positive, and I enjoyed my four weeks in this course. The admin staff were kind and attentive and they helped me with everything I needed. The school is located in a bustling part of the old city. It was easy to run out for a quick coffee, a light snack or just a quick walk to clear my head. I did not find the housing satisfactory.

The Location of the school was great, only a few minutes from plaza mayor. I really liked that the school organised different activities each day of the week. The only thing I didn't like was that the classroom was quite hot when we were with a big group.

The school organized loads of fun after-school activities. The house I was in was at 5 minute walking distance from the school. The owner of the house, Alberto, is a very nice host, the house is rather big with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. I could not mention one thing that I did not like. My stay in Salamanca was perfect and my Spanish did improve, even if I only stayed for one week. I would definitely recommend Tia Tula to those who want to learn Spanish in Spain! I am already planning to go back!

The classes were small and of similar ability, I was definitely the 'grandmother' of the class and the young students who joined me in this group were younger, charming and interesting. We had a good ambiance between us all. I hope they think the same. The teachers, Carmen L and Elena were also excellent and patient, both with different teaching methods of possibly the same subject, but we were never bored. Elena was a great motivator and fun.
The school is located in the heart of Salamanca, metres away from marvellous, ancient buildings and perfectly located for anything you would need from unforgettable photo shots, cafes, mini-markets, IVi IPan is the best tapas location! Located next door to Tia Tula is a great coffee shop with discounts for Tia Tula students and a central hub to get to know other students.
Facilities were compact but great, a very nice revamp of an old building with everything to hand. The activities were varied, I enjoyed the bike tour around Salamanca centre, the guide was informative and not too long winded and would have explained in English but we insisted on Spanish! The session at the Escuela de Hosteleria was a hit. We were 20 students of all nationalities and ages and guided by chef Ricardo on how to make a delicious paella, and sangria to finish! I would certainly recommend this activity. It was good to see more males that females in attendance. Intercambio, an evening of Spanish conversation was well organised by Jaime and we were lucky to have Salmantinos attending to give it a true Spanish feel. This is an excellent idea.
My accommodation with Señora Rocio Losa Olea was perfect. A large apartment, conveniently located opposite a lovely park and close to the station. Rocio did not speak English so I was forced to speak Spanish. Food and board all very good. Thank you Rocio, my knowledge of Hola magazine has increased enormously.
In all, a perfect stay and hopefully my command of Spanish has improved immensely.
good school, the teachers are all very good. A pedagogy based on communication. Small school where almost everyone knows each other (I left before the summer holidays, because July / August, there are more people)

I loved Tiatula's teachers too. They always interact with their students and help them to be confident. The only thing I was not satisfied with was that sometimes there were too many students in a class. Apart from that, everything was awesome. I will never forget the memories I've made here. I will definitely recommend this school.
