Our Intensive General English programme develops all four skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing, along with grammar and vocabulary. To focus on a particular aspect of you English and intensify your learning experience, you will also add one of the Skills Modules and Elective Lessons to your weekly timetable.

City Language School is conveniently located in the heart of Dublin on Dame Street, giving you easy access to the whole city of Dublin as well as bus and tram lines for you to get around.
Our campus is short walk distance to places like Temple Bar (music quarter), Grafton Street (Shopping), Trinity College, Dublin Castle, St Stephen’s Green Park and the best event venues in the city! A walking tour around Dublin city centre is organised for students at their programme commencement and our Student Experience Officers are there to advise on the best ways to explore the town.

Our Dublin school is located in the heart of this bustling city centre on Dame street, just across the road from Trinity College and the famous Temple Bar area. Our modern state-of-the-art school provides students with the academic, social and accommodation support they need for a memorable trip to Ireland’s capital city and
a unique learning experience.
Homestays are carefully selected and offer students the opportunity to learn more about the local culture in a comfortable setting while studying English in Dublin. These homes are often between 40 - 65 minutes away from the school by public transport. Families usually offer affordable meal plans that allow you to sample the local cuisine. If you have special requests or diet restrictions (because of religion or health reasons), please let us know in advance. Your housing starts on the Sunday before your first day of class and ends on the Saturday after your last day of class, unless otherwise noted. Learn more about homestay housing
We cannot apply for visas on behalf of students. However, the school can supply you with all the documentation you need to support your visa application.
Your letter of acceptance will be sent to your home address by regular mail at no charge to you. If you wish to receive your paperwork by express mail, you will be charged 100 € when you register.
