I was so happy to have Lexi as a teacher. She is just the best - easy to talk to and was able to teach me quite a lot during my short period of time at EC.
Show details » Read more...The school was perfect and I was really surprised that we had "two" subjects and English. It was really cool and I appreciated that. I had a lot of friends from a different countries and we spent a lot of time together and we are writing each other sometimes. The housing was great. I lived in CCNM Residence and that was the best choice. We known all people in residence and it was great. I had residence 15 minutes from school.

Good atmosphere in classes.
However, I booked 30+ class and my classmates were all under 30 years old! So I was disappointed because I think I would learn more with older adults.
The school's location was very good, the facilities too.
About activities, I expected more activities for 30+, and no only coffee chat; I couldn't go there I had class at this moment.
Finally, the housing was very good, comfortable. Sonia was really great!
About my improvement, if I believe your score, only 4%; it's very expensive to progress slightly.
The average age of the students is too low for people over fourty years old.
It was quite a bit embarrassing for me (59 years old) attending classes with these teenagers.
If I would have known about this, I would look for another school, more suitable for me.
The teachers are very professional and kind, and i miss them (give my best regards to Brian, Justine and Michael).
Sometimes I would feel a little bit lonely and even depressed, but I was able to manage it.
Properly, because people there are very kind and friendly.
The homestay was a big problem, because the accommodations didn't meet my expectations in terms of comfort, despite the owner being a nice guy.
The health insurance plan failed to work as expected, because I was not able to get reimbursed.
For the whole amount of the medical expenses I've had over there , for problems related to blood pressure (three medical appointments).
I loved to travel to Montreal, Quebec City and Ottawa and know more about this fantastic country (it was my fourth trip to Canada).
Thanks.
It is really great. I've lived in the school the last two weeks--the places, the people, and the classes are great.
