Spanish Group classes are a great way to learn Spanish and make new friends during your time in Cusco.
You will be immersed in an environment of Latin culture and language. You will talk, socialize and study with your fellow students and practice your Spanish together. The maximum group size is only 5 students . The classes are usually in the morning, and are perfect for joining activities in afternoons, where you can practice your Spanish with other students and our staff. You will stay and live in a Spanish environment every day, so this is the opportunity to put it in practice. You’ll get a mix of useful vocabulary, grammar, comprehension exercises, and of course speaking exercises! Students practice what they learned with funny games or trips outside the classroom.

We use an innovative, results-driven methodology which we continue to refine. Reflection is an important part of our job and both the teacher and the student are asked for input. It is important that our courses are not only developed by the teachers but also by the students' opinions, difficulties, and questions.
Teaching another language is not only about the transmission of concepts; the student also has to apply the concept, both verbally and in writing. Spanish grammar is very extensive and from our experience, we know the frustrating gap between 'school Spanish' and the Spanish of everyday life. Understanding everything you have been taught does not mean you are able to apply all the rules and vocabulary while speaking. We help you get there!
The nationality and age mix at Peru Volunteer and Travel varies over different time periods, courses and levels. Throughout the year, the average age is 22. In the summer, the average age is 22.
