Course description

Our General English Courses are ideal for students who use English for everyday purposes.

This English course is our most popular one and perfect for anyone who either wants to start learning English or wants to improve their English skills. Lessons take place during morning hours so the afternoons are free to explore Cape Town and its surroundings, take part in our popular activities programme, or relax and hang out with friends.
Homework is given 3 - 4 times per week.

Afternoon combination possibilities: 5 or 10 group or private lessons, volunteering, surf course.

You can expect to:

- practise your reading and listening skills
- develop your vocabulary and grammar
- communicate more effectively and accurately
- practise speaking and writing
- use English to exchange ideas with people from other countries

The lessons are based around a coursebook, and adapted to the class.

Visa support

We cannot apply for visas on behalf of students. However, the school can supply you with all the documentation you need to support your visa application.

Your letter of acceptance will be sent to your home address by regular mail at no charge to you.
